What are the best aspects of this product?

Membrain offers the powerful feature of helping us to customize customer information and the sales process to show what is relevant to my prospecting style and industry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The major drawback is limited interaction with other database solutions. This means Membrain is standalone and cannot access other sources of information. You can import information, but it’s a snapshot of uploaded data and doesn’t update with changes in the source database. Also, it lacks integration with the MS Outlook email system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Membrain gives me the capability to track opportunities, customers, and contacts. It helps me provide information on a prospect before I meet them as well as the details of a previous meeting with a customer which helps me prepare for the next meeting. I can enter sales and customer information and access them remotely. This helps to free up my time and I don’t to need to remember all the details and at the same time ensure nothing gets missed.
