What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many good CRM programs out there. But we wanted an app to help manage our process and provide useful tools to make our sales reps more efficient and effective. Membrain provides the features we need to get the job done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting is not a customizable feature and there is limited option to see reports on stats. The vendor does not make new features available to subscribers of lower tier packages. It is understandable that support levels vary by membership, but Membrain should work like an operating system to make all features available for all subscribers. However, even the lower pricing packages are incredible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are trying to make our sales process more uniform. This has boosted our productivity and changed the manner in which sales meetings are held. Now, the sales manager does not wait for the sales rep to provide their activity, she is able to scan all aspects of the sale to offer her expertise.
