What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Membrain to customize the development of the sales pipeline with sales projects, prospects, contacts, companies, and sales process map. I haven’t started using all of the app’s features, but I can envisage profits already. The knowledgeable staff members at Membrain have helped me build a customized sales plan. Robert and Brenda McDonald have been particularly helpful to us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Though the Membrain team helped us, it did take a long time to develop a customized sales plan. I recommend new users to make use of the three guided sessions they offer. The system lacks a powerful email feature and doesn’t seem to integrate with many other apps. Plus, it lacks a project management solution to follow up on completed projects.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company is just starting to focus on business development so we don’t have business issues. Our growth has depended on referrals and word of mouth, but we wanted an app to navigate the sales process. The CRM tools I have worked with did not help in developing a sales pipeline. Most CRM apps are predetermined and are not suitable for the dynamic sales atmosphere.
