We follow the Baseline Selling sales methodology. Membrain works in sync with our sales process and helps to spot areas that need more information and reminds us to ask more questions. Asking more questions is essential to learn more about your client.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have a problem of companies getting duplicated when we input them into Membrain. Perhaps something is wrong with the search tags we use. This is the only drawback I can point out.
