What are the best aspects of this product?

Membrain stands out from other sales tracking apps because it includes education as a core functionality. Our team uses advice notifications and follow-up reminders to improve our processes and provide better support to our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software could present more reporting analytics options to get insight about our activities. We wish we could customize the Story Stream feature beyond the time limits that are preset. Similarly, some of the sales analysis reports also have preset time limits.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were using separate systems for tracking data and for guiding our team members through the sales process. Membrain combines the features of a sales tracking solution with the natural steps that are required to close a sale. The product is flexible and helps us create, customize, and optimize important sales milestones in our industry.
