What are the best aspects of this product?

However, most popular sales software solutions are sales accounting applications that are used to manage opportunities, contacts, and companies. Membrain stands out from this crowd as it lays emphasis on the sales process and does not sideline it as a minor issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no noticeable minus point, but since Membrain focuses on the sales process it cannot be used for customer support. But the advantage is it is better than using a run-of-the-mill generic solution as Membrain helps you maximize the returns from your sales campaigns.

As pointed out earlier, Membrain helps us to manage our sales process effectively and this motivates our sales reps to use it. Unlike other traditional CRMs, adoption is easy and simple with Membrain.
