What are the best aspects of this product?
I was completely overwhelmed with the high number of mentions online. Keeping up with them is a big chllange when you don't have people tagging you. Mention came in to the rescue to help monitor online conversations of my tour and album. The tool simply sends me an e-mail alert whenever I get mentions. Customer service is important for me. And Mention didn't disappoint!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If there's anything bad I'd say about Mention, I would lay it all here. But at this point, there's absolutely that I don't like. If you're able to integrate Buffer into the Mention dashboard to post scheduling, then you've got yourself a nice workflow.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helped me keep a consistent eye on conversations made about my brand. In addition, I was able to to successfuly streamline line it with different social media platforms.
