What are the best aspects of this product?
This tool helped us seek content online and in social channels that other tools may have missed. We appreciate their customer support for their swift response time. It's a benefit to have a Buffer integration for managing the social community and for PR purposes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing specific that I really hate about Mention. Back then, I encountered several bugs. But that was quickly addressed from their support team. The team really cares whenever I submit a bug report via their NPS. They tend to response within a matter of hours.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest upside is being constantly notified whenever we get mentioned. This holds true in popular forums that I don't visit or rarely visit much.
