PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have terminated 6 waiters since switching to menumiz! the problem was not only the salaries , but the visa handling for them...each waiter was a nightmare to handle work permit. This system cuts the jobs! however, Andrew from Australia was with us by whaatsapp from the demo request...he helped us to learn how it works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

it is cloud-based pos and some pages are slow ... we are used to fast response on previous POS , it is a bit weird to wait when tapping the screen...another problem is asking customers to install the app ...some don't and we have to take table side orders...lucky menumiz has it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

online booking, multi location, I think these two are the only missing parts in menumiz

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

we had issue with coping with 10 waiters...not only the salary but overall having ten waiters is a big deal. We reduced them to 4 and added one cook...we are really happy with what this system does , they call it self-service order and payment , we call it miracle!
