PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This system delivers what exactly it claims...digital menu and self service order and bill management. We had used a QR order last year which sucked, it was just an amateur software with no integration...but Menumiz is a fully end to end system and even if you don't use the self-service part, yet it is very powerful POS . We have better management now , more clear picture of what's going on in the restaurant and also I like the customer history part...this is the only POS that you can see the customers name and order log...I recommend Menumiz 100%.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem is the internet speed...some customers use a data plan from a company which has not good reception in our place ...also, installing the app is a problem particularly when your customers are old people whom even don't know the password of their Apple Store!! we take table-side orders in this cases...however, our restaurant is near a college and hence most of our customers are app fans.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

we have three outlets but Menumiz still does not support multi location. They have promised us to deliver it in their next release and we are actually trying and learning and yet evaluating it on one branch for now...even if it supports multi-outlet, yet we had to try by one branch only...so no difference.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

it definitely reduced the number of unproductive waiting staff and increased the kitchen load...I can say we could cut 40% on wages and had 20% more table turnover!! just in a month... to judge more accurately we need more time. However, the features it has (like the smart inventory..) is very useful and handy...
