What are the best aspects of this product?
It is the best field service manager money can buy, I'm telling you. Its user-friendly interface makes us all happy to have the product, and we’re investing significant efforts to implement every update as it comes. Overall, it made our job much more efficient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
From this perspective, there is nothing dislikable about Mhelpdesk, or at least nothing they wouldn't change for you. For instance, I minded the comma in the prices at the beginning, but they were kind enough to fix it immediately. I guess responsive customer support is a bonus when using this product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're making use of their modern Purchse Order system, and we've integrated our accounting tools. These two generally mean that we've solved all of our problems. I mean that!
