Pros: I adore the easiness of entering data into this system, the same as the simplified navigation. Prior to discovering MHelpDesk, my techs would send their tickets to the managers, who spent hours entering each separately, and sent them to the accountants who had to transfer the data to QuickBooks. Painful, doesn't it sound so? The hassle is not far in the past, and time is no longer an issue. It is easy to do your job when you know where every of your files is.

Cons: So far, my experience has been nothing but wonderful. There is no problem I could think of.

Pros: Potential. Program could eventually be a good program.

Cons: Customization options are very limited and overpromised. Customer service and sales are dishonest and appear to be under educated on the product.
