Potential. Program could eventually be a good program.

Customization options are very limited and overpromised. Customer service and sales are dishonest and appear to be under educated on the product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It did not work as promised, so i do not have an opinion on what they could do in the future outside of providing what is promised when sold.

None, it caused major problems and delayed out ability to accomplish our stated goals.
