What are the best aspects of this product?
Job and time management is made easier with MHelpDesk. It allows for better tracking of jobs and more organized scheduling with its calendar feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The maps feature would be better suited for our job if we can measure route distances with it and upload excel spreadsheets. It would be nice if they can also make it more interactive in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
MHelpDesk has become part of everyday work. We use it to schedule technicians, enter orders, and download jobs. Using this has been very advantageous for us so far as jobs are visible on both calendar and map. It has made our work more efficient.
