What are the best aspects of this product?
This app has been useful for keeping the work hours of our employees in sync. Its maps and calendars features make setting appointments easier for us. MHelpDesk enables us to collaborate with each other better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We would like mHelpDesk better if the integration of Excel spreadsheets will be made possible. Additional capabilities may also be added to its maps feature in order to allow for measuring distance between workplaces.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
MHelpDesk has helped us become more efficient in every step of our work process — from managing orders to planning routes, to scheduling jobs.
