What are the best aspects of this product?
Tracking jobs and task assignment is easy with mHelpDesk. We get an overview of our jobs from its map feature. We maximize our use of this app by color-coding our jobs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We encountered some technical issues with regard to viewing dates and jobs on the map. We would have a better experience if these issues will be resolved. Excel spreadsheet integration would also be beneficial for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communicating work orders and scheduling with our technicians is made easier with this app. QuickBooks works well with mHelpDesk; the combination of these two has been advantageous for us.
