PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s been extremely advantageous for us to have one platform to store our entire database. It’s taking some time to move our data but we’re happy with our pace. MHelpDesk is great with its customers and I would highly recommend their product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered some technical issues while using mHelpDesk. We no longer use the check-in highlight feature because it’s not working as well as we expected. Some of our representatives reported that they had problems connecting with the app. This results in errors in our timetables.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We like the existing features of mHelpDesk but there is still plenty of room for improvement in order for it to be able to cater to all our business needs.
