Easy and friendly customization for non-techies to tailor work according to their needs and wishes. As a real estate administrator, I customize excellent acquisition solutions, even if technology is not my strongest side. That's why I think that all sales professionals should get hands around it. It works, especially if you're on the hunt for an affordable Salesforce substitute.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You need at least 5 users to get a subscription. Launching will be an issue, having in mind that guides are not exactly easy to follow. However, there are many online sources you could use to prepare for it.
