What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many things to like about Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Importing leads is almost effortless, organizing accounts and contacts is accurate, and source campaigns are so accessible that one can track leads and orders from their origin. We made use of various filters to produce solid marketing lists because we were able to determine ROI for each campaign separately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Processes know to be too long, I would prefer them more seamless.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Microsoft Dynamics CRM became our 'lead detective', and it solved the case of unsuccessful contact management. Now that we know where our leads come from, we manage campaigns much better. We produce amazing and easy-to-filter marketing lists, and we know exactly who we should contact and when.
