What are the best aspects of this product?
There are many things to like about Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Importing leads is almost effortless, organizing accounts and contacts is accurate, and source campaigns are so accessible that one can track leads and orders from their origin. We made use of various filters to produce solid marketing lists because we were able to determine ROI for each campaign separately.

Processes know to be too long, I would prefer them more seamless.
