What are the best aspects of this product?

This is easy to use and easy to learn platform and it can be used by almost everyone. Lot of our team members do not have some special tech skills but after some tutorials they enjoy working with Microsoft Dynamic CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could add more updates so we can follow up current trends. And they could make more tutorials so we can better learn about the changes within the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All information is in one place and we feel more confident because they are backed up. This is extremely important for our business because we have lot of confidential docs that need to be saved and well protected.
