What are the best aspects of this product?
MD 365 CRM allows me to set tasks and open cases within Citrix environment, to have everything at my fingertips and to organize my whole work. I’m able to open calendar and set a task. I really like how this system works with other apps like CSPro and Avaya.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When working within this program it tends to open new windows when there is no need or to move to some other areas within one window instead of opening new tab. I believe they could improve this issue in near future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to open customer’s account, to change the info if there is a need, to save the information and to update files effortlessly. The graphing feature allows me to keep track of the productivity of the program. It allows me to set deadlines for tasks and it reminds me about them.
