What are the best aspects of this product?

MD CRM tool provides great integration with Outlook. The cloud-based version is full packed and there is no need to hire an IT expert because everything is handled perfectly by Microsoft. It is Microsoft product, so you don’t have to worry about thing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to customize it so it can suite your needs, and this can be difficult.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track of our clients and records of all correspondence for every customer/client. We are able even to track opportunities and to follow up with them. The scheduling calls and follow-ups are easy to do, when a client is recorded it keeps track of the conversations. Our team can easily keep track of conversations and create clients.
