PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like this new version of Microsoft Dynamic, the updated mobile client is way richer and it meets all our company’s needs. We are satisfied with the Excel templates and pipeline funnel reporting because we can easily push of data right to our users’ desktop.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be little difficult to learn the record creation and routing rules. I’m currently learning to accept the new site map editor but I feel it’s not as flexible as it was. I’d like to see even more configuring options.

We managed to improve the productivity and to streamline data entry, to reduce and avoid mistakes and data duplication.
