PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

At first sight, the program seems and feels pleasant, and most of the people would not expect its functionality to blow minds. But the program has everything it needs, and even if it didn't, customization would still make it the most suitable tool for your business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Dealing with CRM software is never free of kinks, I bet you know that already. I mind, for instance, that you have to reactivate the duplicate detection rules each time you publish metadata on an entity. It’s really frustrating, but I've seen worse.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Many of them! In fact, my duty was to automate the sales process of the company, and I relied on the program to do that. I developed a new Business Process Flow that included automated alerts during certain phases of the process. The final result was a streamlined flow that kept us in control of our management. Sales are also fully visible on our dashboards.
