A great platform for e-mail.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a great way for setting up business-related e-mails. Management can be done easily. It's very fast on my PC. Calendar functionality is fantastic. Contacts can easily be transferred.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some issues. For example, it has trouble integrating with private e-mails. They need to work on the archived e-mails so it can easily be accessed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The web e-mail service is minimilastic. It comes with great inbox-cleaning tools, social network integration, SkyDrive cloud interration, and speed. It so happened its recent newsletter made it look bad. Hopefully Outlook can look into it and remove or have it migrated into another folder.
