What are the best aspects of this product?

I'd love to look into my messages from other e-mail accounts/sources in a one location while keeping things compartmentalized. I like its calendar feature. It's great because it can easily sync with the calendar stored in my smartphone. I love how you can preview attachments/messages without opening any e-mail. I also like the way their homepage is setup.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be difficult at times in setting up and linking other e-mail accounts to Outlook. Outlook may not be the one to blame. I don't favor the Favorites area located on the left portion of the pane. I find them rather redundant compared to the other options on the lower right portion. I'm still trying to get the hang of it as well as the process of adding accounts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its Exchange server options including remote access and its office alerts are awesome. Sending messages to certain groups of people is simple to do. Modifying them is easy too. Calendar sharing and multiple calendars allowed us to collaborate. It lets admins manage and arrange schedules as well.
