PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I love with Outlook is how it lets you organize e-mails, tasks, calendars, and just about anything else to help you make it through the day. You have the ability to create calendar invites for others (with or without Outlook). All that's required is an e-mail address. How Outlook seamlessly blends with its Office products makes things so much easier in business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that's insane with Outlook (compared to its competitors) is that e-mails remain stuck in outbox. It appears to be happening more frequently than it ought to be. I couldn't figure out why this keeps happening. I'm pretty sure Microsoft has some kind of an algorithm to purposely make this a problem for each version released.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are plenty of benefits in using Outlook. And they can easily be seen. I can keep things organized when I'm working at the office or meeting with clients elsewhere. E-mail and calendar integration enabled me to make the most of my time making plans. Microsoft helped a lo in keeping any business organized.
