PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I adore with Outlook is its user-friendly UI. I can make a number of folders on the left in sorting out e-mails. In addition, I have filters that help organize e-mails into certain folders. I like having the search bar on the top right since it easily lets me find an e-mail if I happen to have no clue which folder it was sent to. A majority of functions that I use frequently are situated at the top portion of the program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, the program tends to get disconnected from my account. I frequently have to key in my login and then wait for e-mails to successfully download and sync. This can be annoying. At times, I'm not even sure if I got the right person's e-mail. I'd have to try typing it on the "to" bar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Microsoft Outlook has been our primary e-mail system for office use. One useful functionality it offers is that i lets managers come up with meetings. When a meeting is accepted, it'll automatically embed itself into my calendar. Then it'll notify me when the meeting is around the corner.
