PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using a lot of Microsoft products. I like how consistent the UI is. Similar menus appear in the same areas. The Help menu is handy if you happen to be a newbie. Seek out what you need help in and a possible solution is available.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think of anything negative with. Except maybe for its pricing. You get the same web-hosted solution for personal use without charge. For newbies, I can sense how Outlook involves learning a lot of things. You don't have to make use of its advanced functionality though unless you really want to.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

E-mail has been the core aspect in business interaction. It can interface with our current CRM solution. We can share contact details, calendar items, and etc... I do my day-to-day stuff with it. I keep it in sync with my iPhone enabling me to take information wherever I go.
