I highly recommend Outlook!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Outlook's automation makes multitasking bearable. It saves us a lot of fo time by making it easier to send multiple emails and switch between accounts. Navigating through it is so easy!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The automatic contact feature isn't working that well sometimes because it cannot find the contacts from time to time when I send an email. I also hope they would optimize the search feature by refining the word filters.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The drag and drop feature makes it so much easier to send mass emails with attachments.
