I love using Outlook!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its ability to synchronize and integrate with other apps. It has tons of functions that improve the way we do work. I can access both my professional and personal email. It's also user-friendly!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface can be improved further by adding labels to the folder so it won't get confusing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It basically organized all my personal and professional work, communications, and documents.
