What are the best aspects of this product?

The things I like the most about Outlook are its user-friendly interface, meeting and email scheduler, electronic file organizer, contact directory with working status, and its mobile accessibility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is really helpful in improving our internal communications. We can now easily schedule meetings, view everyone's availability, etc.
