What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a robust and reliable platform for professional communication. It can be accessed through desktop and mobile apps, which I find so convenient. It keeps my communications and files organized. The integrations with other apps are great as well!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if it would allow users to personalize our emails and provide us with more templates to choose from to make it more interesting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Outlook organizes my email accounts, calendars, and activity plans. I'm glad I can do all these in just one platform. It's awesome that it be integrated with our CRM.
