My personal review.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Its calender option is the best. It lets me look into other calendars aside from your own. Sending e-mails to colleagues and other people outside your group. The desktop app functions reasonably well. Mobile functionality is awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes Outlook won't end up displaying e-mails the right way. This is true with responsive e-mail. Crashes as a result of certifications that have expired. Resolving requires bringing in an IT guy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Enhanced communication with colleagues and external parties. Integrating a marketing automation platform to allow sending template e-mails without having to train people in using the platform. Integrates exceptionally well with plugins and other programs. Fosters efficient and swift communication. Calendar syncs with almost any mobile device.
