What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft Outlook is and will be the best e-mail app that I've ever used. I've been making use of it for almost a decade now. It's a lot better than other softwares like it. Creating e-mails has never been this simple. If you want to include someone in your list from your own network, just push a few keyboard buttons, and you're done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment? Nothing to hate. I love everything it's offering.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's the best e-mail app that I've come across. Just about everyone uses Microsoft Outlook. So that means, it's a lot easier to commnicate with other people. With Office 365 bundle, reaching out to shareholders has never been so convenient. MS Outlook saved me a lot of time so I can focus more on the actual thing: work.
