What are the best aspects of this product?

This is perfect most especially if you're running Microsoft accounts. I love the calendar! It's so intuitive and optimized!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve more on the overall user experience to be at the level of Gmail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were previously using Lotus Notes, and moving to Outlook is a big improvement! This is a great emailing system and our company loves it. We use it for sending out electronic newsletters and managing company calendars.
