Outlook is the best!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Outlook is a great tool to keep your emails and communications organized in one place. The workplace is also customizable so you could adjust it based on your needs and comfort.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be confusing to use if you're switching from the desktop app to the phone because the interface is so different. It's also a bit of a hassle to look for emails once you mistakenly moved it to another folder. I also hope they would allow image pasting in the body of the email.

All the features of Outlook contributed to the improvement of my work processes.
