What are the best aspects of this product?

The system of Outlook is very stable and secured. It also has some great features that work well for both mobile and web access. Files and contacts can be easily managed and accessed. It also allows you to access your personal and professional accounts using just one app. The interface also looks appealing and professional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Outlook updates are not in sync with the upgrades on my computer, so I have to update either of them manually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This improved the way I track and manage my emails and other communications. I can schedule spam clean-ups.
