This is the perfect emailing tool for any company. The interface is great with a wide range of themes to choose from. The integrations with other apps are commendable as well. It automates some tasks that make organizing your emails easier. I also love the calendar notifications! The best part is the email recalling! This comes in handy if you sent an email to the wrong contact.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve their spam detection because some spams do not automatically go to the spam folder. I think they could also improve on the web application, particularly on the search feature.
