What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Power BI for our weekly reporting. I love that it can manage to import and export large amounts of data without lagging. This has made our lives much easier by hosting a template to which we can simply edit details while it automatically populates our reports. Its graphic components aid in data visualization, making it a lot easier for us to understand the numbers. It can create bar graphs, histograms, pie charts, and so much more. The fact that it is powered by Microsoft is a plus point for us too. It integrates well with salesforce, MySQL, and other data sources. Finally, whenever we hit walls, there's an easily accessible online community of users that we can easily reach out to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be a bit difficult to import data from more than one data source at the same time. Plus, although it has the ability to handle large amounts of data, we have noticed some delays. It requires some level of skill to use efficiently as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Power BI helps us translate the numbers into visually appealing and more understandable graphics. This helps us understand our cases better, and has, therefore, helped us respond to our clients more efficiently. Analyzing data on Power BI definitely trumps trying to understand data on Excel.
