What are the best aspects of this product?

Power BI definitely has more merits, other than the fact that it is a product of Microsoft. For one, it does provide really good graphics and visualization chartings. Plus, it's easy to get started with the program too. Users can install it without further problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not easy to share results via Power BI. We've had to take the extra steps of using another program just to be able to generate a link for our graphics for sharing. Its control panel is a bit confusing too. The formatting is all over the place and needs to be previewed on another computer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Although the program itself still needs polishing, this is probably one of the best tools Microsoft has ever rolled out. I recommend this to all companies who want to cut their data analysis time in half. Power BI is quick and easy to use.
