Power BI customer reps have always been helpful and responsive--kudos to them! They don't just give us canned responses, but rather, they really try to address our specific issues. Power BI is a well-designed and helpful tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be difficult to merge information coming from more than one data source.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It can do with some improvements, but Power BI is a great tool to work with overall. Compared to other data visualization tools, this really is the cream of the crop. It offers an extensive visual and add-on library too. Plus, with it being a product of Microsoft, managers seem to be more accepting of its analysis and solutions compared to other products such as Tableau.
