Great Project Management tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things you can do with MPPM tool. It offers IRR, integration with MS TFS, complete control over the breakdown structure, includes Gantt chart and it allows you to plan a project within few minutes. I also like that it displays the information in old fashion.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m not satisfied with resource management, there are other products that offer better. Also, if other users want to open any project files they need to install this software. And you’re going to need some training so you can use all the functions of this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When new requirement comes up we need to deliver them immediately. It helps us to keep everything in place and to handle all the requirements. We are able to run lot of reports/graph and to increase the progress and to focus on things that need more work.
