What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I’m able to manage and track lot of projects starting from the smaller one to the large one. I can see full project from its start to end and to manage all the tasks and deadlines in between if needed. I have used this tool in 2 different companies and I can surely say that it is widely used throughout the organizations and industries. It is simple and basic software but with advanced features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be a little hard for newbies to learn this tool, there is a learning curve for MS project tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this software we are able to share, create and plan project and portfolio management projects in one location.
