What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft Project is a simple and straightfoward solutiion that is easy to use. I can trust on the software to produce great results in a very short time, even if you are not acquainted with the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features that are missing, such as the capability to assign Tasks straight to Outlook Tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I prefer to use this over Excel, specifically for its to-do lists in GANTT chart. I can see sequences and dependencies in calendar mode, delegate resources to each tasks, and monitor and fill progress and completion status among others.
