What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft Project is a smart and user-friendly software that offers a lot of functionalities. I can easily see my the availability of my resources, work schedule, skill set, etc. I can look up an activity's start and end date, as well as the steps taken by the predecessor and the successor. Mapping relationships between activities is also a breeze. I can easily calculate critical path and slack.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As much as I love the software, Microsoft Project tends to crash more often than not. It is not an ideal system for complicated projects. I also find uloading timesheets of resources into the software quite complicated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Microsoft Project enables us to stay on top of our projects, deliver in time without going overboard in terms of budget.
