The app is easy to use, and when things are working the way they should, it's a good service

Customer service is the WORST ever. They do not answer calls, and getting an answer via email can take weeks of sending repeated requests, even when the request for help is extremely urgent, like when there's a problem with the system

Decent customer service, and fixing all the bugs
