What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the Mightycall software, because allows us to adapt to our customers’ needs and to help them immediately. They have wonderful and of course very helpful features such as: Call forwarding and routing, Click-to-Call phone number for those who use mobile devices, great and professional call center greetings. Also, I need to mention that you have free trial version, the price is great as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like about this software is that they constantly increase their prices. For e.g. the basic plan is now $20, the free account is only for 14 days- trial version. They have constant updates and price hikes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Mightycall has great support, sales and communication tools that are helpful for our business. I love it because with such a small price I can focus on resolving many issues.
