It allows you to direct calls to employees using a phone menu, create and forward voicemails, use decision trees, and manage schedules. It is highly customizable and can be set up to match the needs of your company. It is also easy to resolve issues in case of receiving negative feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Calls through this platform would be more easily identifiable if they were coming from the same number. It can be quite challenging to set it up for optimal use because of the many options for customization. This initial process provides us with versatility in the long run though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform allows us to have a unified front when servicing our clients despite the lack of a phone system. We are a small company and our employees are based in different locations. Phone systems wouldn’t really work for us given the nature of our company. MightyCall is the right solution for us.
