What are the best aspects of this product?
1. On demand (during working hours) customer service. EXCELLENT. No w need to call an 800 # and verify account which always takes forever.
2. The BEST priced out there for the services you get.
3. You own your dialer, and can use it on ANY device where you sign in to your account.
(side note: I was with phone.com and it was a huge rip off as you had to buy a license for each device. Horrible customer service there too I need to add. Mighty Call ranks much better than phone.com and I should know since I was with them six solid years)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far I don't have complaints.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I hope they keep this exactly the way it is for those of us who don't like a lot of "improvements" which usually are very painful for the type of consumer I am. So if they do make upgrades, i hope they give the ability to opt out as I like Mighty Call just the way it is.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since I work remotely, I need another phone system autonomous from my residence in order to maintain a professional business presence. Mighty Call does just that!

Why did you decide to change it?
phone.com made so many changes I didn't recongize them anymore. I had tremendous technical issues; I even upgraded my own computer to Windows 10 just to stay with Phone.com [which did NOT fix the many tech issues I was having]. When you've been with a company for six solid years, it's not easy walking away from all that data storage. This is the only reason I didn't leave phone.com sooner, but if only I did.....Mighty Call hands down is better than phone.com in so many ways. To be blunt, I've saved $80 in four short months and do not have to buy a license for each device I want to make calls on.
